Aiea High School Democratic Caucus

Mayor Mufi Hanneman joined over 2,000 people in line at 7:30 p.m. at
Aiea High School to cast his vote for the Democratic Caucus. Aiea
High was the designated caucus site for voters from Salt Lake to
Pearl City. The line started at the bottom of the school fronting the
cafeteria, followed a walkway around the school’s front lawn,
extended all the way to the top of the campus, looped back halfway
down the same walkway, then turned left for another 50 yards to the
entrance of the school’s library where the caucus was being held. One
intrepid caucaseer was seen dragging a lawn chaise for the length of
the line.
