Tonight the Crabbe ‘ohana threw a pā’ina in honor of their brother, son, nephew, cousin, father, and friend, Kamana’opono, who will assume the reins of the Office of Hawaiian Affairs as new Chief Executive Officer next month, replacing the retired Clyde Nāmu’o. Crabbe is the first new CEO for OHA in over a decade. Hundreds gathered at the Crabbe home in Moanalua Valley this evening to convey their joy at his selection and their hope for the future of OHA and Hawaiians everywhere.
